for those of you who know or care, you can celebrate with me...i just returned from my second track session of the week. in which i made it through the entire session without having an asthma attack! but i got on new asthma drugs last week and obviously it's helping. so being the geek i am, you're going to get the numbers. no, it's not like they're Pre numbers, but at least they are consistant. without checking the watch. and after six weeks of constant asthma attacks i'm taking it rather easy.
warm up 1.5 miles
strides, various track warm ups
3X3X3 and 4X2
300m 3 times with 30 seconds rest, 5 min in between, repeat 3 times.
200m 4 times with 30 seconds rest. *this one wasn't good*
warm down 1 mile
shower, go home.
now it's time for tea.
do it with dignity.
