here at the frontier, there are falling leaves. although my neighbours are all barbarians, and you, you are a thousand miles away, there are always two cups on my table.
we've gone back to rain from the glorious sunny, freezing cold days. but those cold days brought sunrises that were stunning! this was out the back garden one morning last week. the colours of the sky and clouds were gorgeous, so they were.
you got to remember that the sun doesn't actually rise until about 8 and there is no light in the sky until half 8 or so....it wasn't as if i was up at 5 to watch the sunrise. although i have to admit i have done that on the odd occasion.

Who's awake for sunrise? I guess you, and Aaron. Me, I'm sticking with sunsets in the mountains, and moonrises, and popcorn at 2 am...
