i came home with mud on my legs. and a massive grin on my face.

it was two years ago, on a very cold and frosty morning when i last was up pisgah with the coyotes. it was beautiful. but i couldn't run and it was frustrating. this time we ran, in the mud and beauty we ran.

i would like to shout - IT WAS BRILLIANT!!! (grin) classic pisgah. cold, muddy, and misty - perfect.

the views were wonderful, the company great. and i had hope to run again.
